Fr. Josh Waltz calls the last 12 months "a whirlwind." After taking over for Monsignor Tom Richter as the diocesan director of vocations in July 2013, Waltz has watched the number of seminarians in the Bismarck Diocese rise. And rise. And rise again.
Spurred on by two anonymous donors and the Bismarck Diocese's record number of seminarians, the Catholic Foundation for the People of the Diocese of Bismarck is on a quest to raise $300,000 by the end of the year.
